How to read a WorkSignal company profile
Official identity, anonymous reviews, scores and aggregated salaries: what to look at — and what not to over-interpret.

Start with identity
A useful profile starts with verifiable facts: legal or trading name, country, city, sector, and a registry identifier when available. If information is missing, WorkSignal says so rather than inventing it.
The source badge and verification date help you understand where the displayed identity comes from.
Read reviews without absolutising them
Published reviews are anonymous and moderated. A small number of reviews describes a limited sample: it is not a universal truth about the employer.
The aggregated rating only appears when the statistical threshold is met. Below that, WorkSignal explicitly states that the data is insufficient.
Salaries: aggregate ≠ employer pay
Ranges (median, P25, P75) are WorkSignal aggregates. They must never be read as “the salary paid by this company” unless a specific employer figure is explicitly provided and sourced.
